Day 39
No food after Dinner!!! I went into the bedroom and forced myself to go to sleep at 8:30pm. I hope I do not have to keep this strategy but I made it through one day!
Truthfully I don't think there is anything wrong with a snack after dinner a few hours before bed. It really is about calories in and calories out in the end and if you plan for it, it's doable. I also know though sometimes having one snack I find myself looking for more. I know you will figure it out for yourself.
bbubblyb My issue is eating another meal after dinner. Snacks are O.K. and I think I mentioned at some point that I will try fruit snacks and warm beverages. I eat big after dinner and that is what I need to cut out!!!
