When I choose well, I get a surge of energy. When I don't, the energy flow slows.

Those who live for something are certainly to be admired. I don't think being misunderstood for your passion is anything to be concerned about; passion is admirable. Passion is often not realized though for as you say, people are different. And I don't think I have ever met someone I completely understand.

Have a good weekend!Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11534171345610201608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309094629177187586.post-57141666708279898522010-09-17T11:59:35.948-04:002010-09-17T11:59:35.948-04:00Dr. Fat To Fit - very well said.Dr. Fat To Fit - very well said.Misunderstood and Admired ???https://www.blogger.com/profile/18017244043673452381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309094629177187586.post-63874868753351287822010-09-17T11:25:25.715-04:002010-09-17T11:25:25.715-04:00Love love love the closing thoughts on energy. It helps to understand the posts I write. I reference things a lot. As far as the step daughter – there are times I just want to give up but there were some that did not give up on me when teachers and parents wanted me to just go away. I keep trying even though she shows no appreciation and thanks for me breaking my neck to do things for her and putting my pride aside to deal with the attitude. I hope one day she gets it and treats people in her life with a little more courtesy and thanks. Forget about me – just the world in general is more important.Misunderstood and Admired ???https://www.blogger.com/profile/18017244043673452381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309094629177187586.post-4483606105184618722010-09-17T10:12:00.318-04:002010-09-17T10:12:00.318-04:00Wonder what your job would be in the circus? lol H...Wonder what your job would be in the circus? lol Hmmmm for me, not sure I fit the "engineer mold" but I do have similar traits. When I first read your blog (sent over by Patrick) I wanted to read it all so I did. I saw my nephew in your relationship with your step daughter and it made me think I was suppose to be here. I read your heart in your posts too. I enjoyed reading this today and feeling like I was getting to know you a little more.bbubblybhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06423578980112090148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309094629177187586.post-25169623312230221942010-09-17T09:49:20.627-04:002010-09-17T09:49:20.627-04:00Most engineers cannot turn it off or have no desir...Most engineers cannot turn it off or have no desire to turn it off. For me if I do not turn it off I will perish. I am glad there are a few out there that get me or else I would have to join the circus with all the comments I have gotten over the years.Misunderstood and Admired ???https://www.blogger.com/profile/18017244043673452381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309094629177187586.post-27811783859899338502010-09-17T09:41:15.111-04:002010-09-17T09:41:15.111-04:00Maybe it's because My Man is an Engineer, but ...Maybe it's because My Man is an Engineer, but I totally "get" you, at least the person I "see" here in blogland. Beren, too, is a contraction..lol..he is at once cold/heartless/driven/dedicated/passionate/loving/intense/reclusive/social..etc. etc. He has a "work mode" which is totally different than the guy I see on the weekends. In my experience, most Engineers are this way. Has that been your experience?Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16295184242792867847noreply@blogger.com
